The People Portal provides colleagues working in the NHS and Primary Care in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight with Health and Wellbeing services, information and advice.

From telephone support to training and coaching, use this website to discover what’s available to you to help you stay happy and healthy at work.

The People Portal is brought to you by the Health and Wellbeing Programme for NHS and Primary Care across the region and is designed to complement what’s already on offer from your trust or workplace. Take a look today at what’s available to you.

He finds relaxation and focus in watching competitive sports, immersing himself in a good novel or walking. Read on to find out how he overcame his initial reluctance to join a walking challenge and discovered the benefits of regular exercise on both physical and mental health.

Sophia Watts

Meet Sophia Watts, Senior Radiographer and PT/OT Therapy Inpatient Team Lead at Southern Health Foundation Trust, who shares her personal tips on how to relax and refocus. She also shares her own experience of stepping off the career merry-go-round and the importance of recognising trigger points to prevent burnout.
