How can we ensure our male colleagues feel supported at work? 

Mind shows that men are twice as likely to have mental health problems due to their job, compared to problems outside of work.  The research also suggested that women are more likely to open up and seek support from their line manager or employer. 

Do you have regular conversations with your manager about your workload, challenges or difficulties in the workplace?

Did you know that men are more likely to receive a neurodivergent diagnosis than women? 

Research indicates that neurodivergent people are more likely to experience mental health issues.

Did you know that distress manifests differently in men than women? Men cope differently and are less likely to seek help.
