Support from your Freedom to Speak Up Guardian

If you are concerned about discrimination, bullying or harassment, you can contact your Freedom to Speak Up Guardian

Freedom to Speak Up Guardians can help you raise any concerns you may have. They can provide you with confidential advice and support in relation to your concern and/or the way your concern is being, or has been handled. It might be that you have a concern about inappropriate patient care, poor behaviours, discrimination, health and safety or fraud at work.

Guardians work in the Trusts, but this role is separate from their day to day role.  They do not get involved in investigations or complaints. You can find your Trust Freedom to Speak Up Guardians by looking on your Trust’s website or by accessing the National Guardian’s Office website
