Sophia Watts

Meet Sophia Watts, Senior Radiographer and PT/OT Therapy Inpatient Team Lead at Southern Health Foundation Trust, who shares her personal tips on how to relax and refocus. Find out how she discovered the power of time and the benefits of breathing exercises to maintain her health and wellbeing. She also shares her own experience of stepping off the career merry-go-round and the importance of recognising trigger points to prevent burnout.

Jacqueline Holt

Meet Jacqueline Holt, Administrator for the staff advice service EDNA. She shares how short walks with her husband in National Trust properties and Exbury Gardens help her relax and refocus. Jacqueline also shares her personal experience of finding calm and renewed energy by disconnecting from technology and taking walks in nature.

Leon Ghulam

Meet Leon Ghulam, Race Equality Programme Lead for Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB. He relaxes by spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, and reading. His allotment helps him stay active and socialise with new friends. He wants to improve his posture with a standing desk and be more consistent with finishing work on time. Learn how he collaborated with colleagues at Wellfest to provide cultural experiences like Turban Tying, Bhangra keep fit dance classes, and African drumming.
